These terms apply to the Clarity Lane website and to coaching services offered by Hasnaa Achiq (KBO/BCE [XXXX.XXX.XXX]), operating as Clarity Lane, based in Bruges, Belgium. By using this website or booking a session, you accept these terms.
Coaching is not therapy or medical advice
Clarity Lane offers solution-focused coaching — a forward-looking conversation that helps you think clearly and choose your next step. It is not psychotherapy, psychological counselling, or medical care, and is not a substitute for treatment by a licensed professional.
In a crisis, contact your doctor, call 112 for emergencies, or 1813 for suicide prevention support.
Booking, payment, and cancellation
- Sessions are booked via Calendly. Pricing is shown at booking.
- Payment is due before the session.
- Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
- If I need to reschedule, I'll offer the next available slot or a full refund.
Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of booking, without giving any reason, under Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. To exercise this right, send a clear written statement to [email protected] before the 14-day period ends. A full refund is issued within 14 days.
If you want a session to take place before the 14-day period ends, you must give express prior consent at the time of booking. If the service is fully delivered within that period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If only part of the service has been delivered, a proportional amount will be deducted from the refund.

Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. I always try to resolve disagreements directly first. If that doesn't work:
- Consumers can turn to the Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
- Failing resolution, only the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders, Bruges division, have jurisdiction.
