Before becoming a coach, Hasnaa Achiq spent more than ten years working as a business controller in international corporate environments, followed by two years as a secondary-school teacher. Her finance career gave her a structured, analytical understanding of professional challenges. Teaching further developed her ability to listen carefully, explain complex ideas clearly and adapt her guidance to different individuals.
Today, she brings these experiences together as an Erickson Accredited Coach. Her approach is calm, practical and future-focused. She works with professionals and leaders making decisions or navigating change.
